Hunter's Crossing is by far the worst place I could possibly think of to live. The apartments are poorly maintained and falling apart.. you can hear everything your neighbors above and below you are doing. I had a studio there, and because of a serious mold issue I had to move to a 1 bedroom and sign a new lease. To top it all off, the property manager Karina is inept and will do anything in her power to make you miserable if she doesn't like you. The maintenance staff does their job very poorly as well. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me.

I have now read a couple of negative reviews about Hunters Crossing... I just don't understand how others have had such different experiences than we have. I spend my weeks in Manhattan and my weekends with my wife who lives at Hunters Crossing. Recently, my wife's water heater went out. She notified the property manager when the office opened the next morning, and she had a new water heater that afternoon. This, despite the fact that the regular maintenance worker was away and only the assistant was available. Although others clearly have had negative experiences at Hunters Crossing, I think it is a wonderful place... Certainly better than my place in Manhattan which really is falling apart, half the size, and twice the rent.
