Electrical socket falling out of the wall
Mouse living behind socket and underneath stove---finally caught by us
Ant infestation
Holes in window screens
Missing window screens
Replacement screens that don?t fit--- gap of ? to ? inch at top of screen
Sliding door handle broken--- fell off in pieces
Sliding door lock broken
Security bar for sliding glass door that doesn?t fit properly
Dishwasher heating element broken?never replaced
Broken mailbox lock
Laundry room door broken--- pin for hinge missing and doesn?t slide---finally fell off the tracks
Vents dirty?black all around vent openings
Loss of electricity?sparking fuse panel
Laminent peeling off cabinets
No hot water? the upstairs neighbors pipe leaking and extinguishing pilot light
Water leaking to living room and saturating carpet
Dogs:
Running loose
Tied to porches
Not picked up after

Not my idea of luxury! definitely not worth the money in my book.
