After leaving my roommate and the two bedroom/two bath we shared here, I moved out temporarily to only move back into a one bedroom/bath unit again nine months later. Office staff was receptive to my moving back in, same one hundred dollar special for security deposit and first month?s rent required to move in. Got a second floor unit this time with no one above me, if having someone over you, hope they don?t walk on their heels the whole time like my last upstairs neighbors did here. Their route thru their apartment could be heard. Otherwise, noise between units is non-existent for the norm, unless you try to be heard. Units are well maintained, with very little extra storage. Parking is exceptional, splurge for the carport if you care about your automobile. Heating and cooking is gas, and AC?s are central, no lousy window units here. Maintenance is quick with work orders, landscaping is beautiful (check out the Cherry blossoms up the main driveway in the spring). Community laundry is clean and cheap, arrive early on the weekends to beat the back-up for a machine. Pool is peaceful and serene when kids aren?t around during the school year, otherwise kids are prevalent during the summer. Mainly tenants are professionals in their 20?s to 30?s, with more family?s with children moving in recently. Gym 4 minutes away at sister property, nicely redone recently, with indoor squash/racquetball courts. Accidently left cars unlocked overnight, crime is minimal in complex, aided by fair lighting throughout. Security deposit slowly is returned after moving out.
