While the units are not the newest buildings on this street, they are very well managed. Maintenance is on-sight and responds quickly. I lived in Northwoods and the difference is amazing, the office actually cares about what goes on at the property. Although I have had a few maintenance problems, they have been taken care of in a very responsive manner. Overall, nice grounds and good staff.
