I have lived in several apartment complexes in the area and this is one of the cheapest. I only considered living here because of 3-bedrooms but regretted it after the first month.



Parking Maintenance during the winter months is downright awful. Plowing and ice removal was done days late if at all.



Apartments are not sealed properly and heating bill were very high. $200 per month



Walls are thins so upstairs neighbors are very noisy.
