The management is rude and the guy (who is in the office during day time) has no sence on how to talk to tenants at all.
The aprtments are not nice either. They are new but has no insulation whatsoever. We had to close one bedroom at all times (it used to feel like a cold storage!). Expect to pay around 300-350 just for electricity in winter!

There are other good and cheaper apartments in the area.
