There is nothing wrong with having a dog- but they do not do anything about people who do not pick up after their dogs. If you move in here- you will pay way too much for heat. A one bedroom will cost around $150 for heat and hot water. The noise is very loud- you will be charged for water ( which also is pro-rated for your whole building) not to mention you will pay to water the plants outside, when you do not even own the place. The management tries so hard to be nice to get you to move in to the place, and once you do- they will never do another thing for you while you live there. Overall, the apartments here are over priced for what you get, and the management is not well put together.
