Better have great credit and a job

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
We tried to re-located to this facilty and were refused because we didn't have jobs and perfect credit...
Even though we lived in a managed community for over 7 years, paid our rent on time each month and had decent credit we were refused a rental at this community...
Worked out better for us in the long run...it forced us to find a private landlord and we ended up with a beautiful townhouse, 3 floors, with garage, near the beach with double the space for less than what this group was asking.
