Good and Bad

Good:
It's a relatively clean place with a well appointed workout facility.

Bad:
Maintenance is a complete mess, and management acknowledges it! I had my ceiling flooded in by a bad water heater upstairs, and it took weeks to fix (along with 12 missed appointments). Yes, 12. The ceiling still doesnt look right after 2 months, they never painted it properly, but the manager says "well, it's the best we can do". For what I pay a month, it's rather pathetic.

The gym is well appointed but in disrepair. Pieces are missing and once equipment breaks, it's broken for a long time.
