Mind The Utility Bill

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Lived at Middletown Ridge during 2005/2006. The apartment I rented was not well insulated and as a result my power bill was pretty bad - it ran into the $400s during the height of winter.
I found the office staff to be a little unresponsive. They never did anything when they said they would and it always took more than one phone call to get something done.
That said I did look at other apartments in the area and to be fair, Middletown Ridge was one of the better ones in the area.
Not suited for people with children.
Moving out was a real hassle. Be careful what you sign for "specials" are not special at all.
