Not worth it!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
These apartments are not at all worth $1600.00 per month(rent plus 2 cats). You can hear everyone upstairs. The Insulation is horrible. We experience well over $400.00 in the winter and are still wearing sweatpants because we are still cold. Windows are incredibly drafty had to have maintenance requested 4 times before they showed up to caulk the doors and windows properly. As of today I have had a work order in for over 10 months to repaint my balcony exterior doors since they are green whitewash color and they keep blowing me off.
Dog poop everywhere....This is actually more of a tenant issue but it is still a problem.
I have to resign a 1 year lease since I only have a year left in this area otherwise I would move.
