I just rented an apartment here last fall. I wanted to say that management was very helpful with the move process. I had trouble deciding which apartment I wanted and they showed me a few different times. They even advised me to go on a budget plan with CL&P to help with the electricity costs during the winter. It is convenient to have a gym and racket ball court so close.
