My husband and I have lived here for exactly a year. We moved in last august. The electric bill in summer was not so bad. Till winter came my daughters room was cold as heck. she might as well slept outside. I received our first electric bill for winter and it was over 800$. When i called the electric company to find out what was going on she said i should be thankful because the lady before me her bill was even higher. I called the main office and told them about the windows. They came out and sprayed some stuff in the cracks. Did it work lol heck no. So then the whole year we been living there our screen door comes off the track they fix it and the very next day it is off again. the glass door is so hard to open i can not do it at all only my husband can. The lady upstairs and her 100 kids(exaggerated but it sounds like 100) run around at 10 at night till early morning hours. office was told and nothing done. we were also told it was a 300 non refundable pet deposit. when we moved in she asked for another 300. I was a little confused and asked her what it was for. the total deposit was 600 300 refundable and then 300 not. We were not told that at all. Now that we found a better place to live even though my dog had to go to family we still have yet to get our refund back for the pet. Also cabinets doors bathroom and closet doors fall out off wall because hinges are not in frame properly., My daughter had the bathroom door fall on her. So if you like cabinets that fall off and doors. High electric bills move in. If not i suggest any where but here even housing would be better lol.

Electricity is high EVERYWHERE. Have you watched the news lately? Energy prices EVERYWHERE are high. I come on to get reviews and all I get are you morons complaining about high utility prices. That is no help at all....because they're high EVERYWHERE.

Well I am not as naive as this idiot thinks i am> we just sold a home that was probably 1000 square feet bigger then our so called luxury apartment. The electric was a lot cheaper and yes it was the same company and same town. It was less then a year ago also. So i know electricity is expensive but when you pay 800 dollars for electric it should not be going out your god damn frigen window. The room was so cold my 7 yr old could not sleep in her room. So maybe you should educate yourself some more about these apartments that I am talking about before your ignorant self calls people names.

That might be true it is hig everywhere. But please I moved here from another state which had way cheaper Electricity. So I had no clue how expensive it can get. I did not know anybody here to ask too. And I asked to the people in the management office and the lady who worked there told me the Utility bill during the winter was $150 dollars... I swear the first utility bill that I got was in $400s. I immediately called the management office and asked for the lady who told me this and she did not have an explaination. I should have asked to see that $150 dollars bill..But never did (my fault) My summer bills are not that bad, but winters are horrible. Just be aware what they tell you. We know the utilities are expensive but do we have to be lied about it!! Plus, come on if you lived in this complex you should have notice how bad the insulation is.. That is why the bills are getting more expensive too..
I agree on the closet doors being not very stable. My closet door for the laundry room is broken . I called so many times they came in a couple of times but the doors are still broken. Not only that one but also one of my bedroom closet door is the same way... It is just a little scary if you have small kids around.. I think they should find a better way to stabilize those doors.
