HORRIBLE Staff

You ask any question from the staff. They ask you to contact their Manager, who always leaves early. Until their manager is available, you are stuck. If they don't know anything - why don't they train them properly. Also don't forget to give them a written communication if you want to vacate the flat. The staff told me that oral communication is fine. & later on their manager charged me a lot of money. So the staff is really HORRIBLE.
