They shut off my gas accidently and never apologized

They shut off my gas for a week and half. They were supposed to shut off another apartments and accidently shut off mine. I had to call the gas company to find out why it was off and they couldnt turn it on for a week and a half! I never received an apology and certainly no deduction on my rent! Also, if you accidently lock yourself out, go down and get the key at the desk, let yourself back in, bring the master key back..they will STILL charge you a lockout charge! How does that make sense'''
