worst office staff ever

When i first moved to Northwoods, I was very optimistic about what I was told would be a "great living experience." It was all downhill from there. When we arrived in our apartment, it was disgusting. The carpet was stained in every room of the house (something I'm sure we'll be charged for when we move out), our storage shed didn't lock, and the kitchen cabinets were falling apart. Although we were assured of "ample parking" when we moved in, that statement could not be farther from the truth. I frequently must park my car very far away, and this makes me extremely uncomfortable, especially given that there are several registered sex offenders who live in the complex (this information can be accessed through public records). It doesn't make me feel safe, but if you try to park closer to your apartment, they will tow your car. Furthermore, the staff is composed of the most incompetent people i have ever encountered. I honestly feel that a staff of chimpanzees could do a better job. Staff members sent us a very rude letter containing many false allegations, and when we tried to have it removed from our file, they said no, that this was their policy. So basically, if you dislike one of your neighbors, you can make up whatever you want about them and Northwoods will file a complaint without investigating it, and write them a threating letter. The letter we received was full of spelling and grammatical mistakes, further proving the staff's incompetence. Northwoods is overpriced, and not worth the hassle. If you look at this apartment, don't let the office staff fool you with their promises of what a wonderful community they run. Needless to say, we will not be renewing our lease, and are eagerly anticipating its expiration date.
