I have lived in many different apartments in different states for over 15 years. I have been very happy here. Whenever I have an issue with the apartment I call in and the maintenance men respond right away. If they can't fix it because they need to get parts they will let me know. The new manager is very helpful and seems to be working hard at improving the neighborhood. Many of the residents do not take care of the grounds well, especially those with dogs but I have seen the property staff cleaning up after them but I'm not sure if that is what i would prefer them to be doing. As far as this kind of living goes I think it ranks high. I would and do reccomend to my friends. I would just add that after reading others' reviews it begs the question as to whether this kind of living is suited to those who wrote in and if they are seeing the whole picture. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

The kind of living suited to those not seeing the whole picture.....If getting additional fees not disclosed at the time lease was signed, poor parking, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, poorly kept grounds, management that is only interested in money..... well, I guess you have us figured out. The bottom line is this; Northwoods apartments, owned by AIMCO, is only interested in themselves, not you, not your problems, your displeasure, nothing. They do not care. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment. You'll be glad you did. Trust me;)
