I moved here 4 months ago and can not be happier. No more trips to the laundry mat. No more trucking to the post office to pick up packages. The office staff were and continue to be helpful and friendly. They appear to be very resident oriented. Some nights the parking can be a issue, but that just means I have to get a little more exercise that day. The apartment is spacious and was clean with new carpet and flooring and new sink in the bathroom. I even got a new stove! And they painted the color I wanted in the apartment. Great place to live.

Another AIMCO post....New carpet is SUPPOSED to be installed after EVERY tenant leaves. And for the new stove....Your other one must have been beyond repair. If it was repairable, they would have "fixed" it. Fixed in quotes, because the crew here couldn't fix anything major. Minor issues, like plunging a toilet, yes. Appliance repair? Not likely. As for painting the apartment the color you wanted..... They will only paint 1 (one) wall an accent color. Not the whole apartment. And if they DID paint the whole apartment, they likely painted over EVERYTHING, including the outlets. Sh!tty crew, staff, and a sh!tty place to live........Beware. If you move here, you will find out!!!!! There are plenty of places in Westlake that are FAR better and cheaper than this dump. You have been warned........
