stay away...I think...

Maybe all apartment living is like this, I don't know. I'll start with something positive: Anytime we've had a maintenance problem, we've gotten fairly prompt service. The bad part is, we've had so much need for maintenance that we're sick of calling, as we don't want to be "problem" tenants. We've found the office staff to be mostly inept, I'm sorry to say. That probably explains the incredible turnover in the office. We've been at odds with them on numerous occasions (I won't get in to detail, to protect the innocent), and it always seems to stem from their inability to communicate effectively (with tenants and each other). I can only assume our upstairs neighbor continuously drops her child on the floor, as we hear thumping, banging and crying all day. The parking has been defamed in great detail already. The school bus-style windows in the bedrooms are pretty poor at keeping out drafts in the winter. Note to staff: If you're going to write a phantom review in here, don't make it so cheerful and positive that it contrasts so obviously with the other reviews. It's blatantly transparent.
All in all, it looked really nice at first, but now I can't wait for our lease to be up. I just figured we'd be getting a nicer place and better upkeep for the amount of money we pay per month.
