Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1998
 
We lived there for several years -- we started out on the fourth floor but when baby came along we decided to move since there's no elevator. Management was very accomodating with the move. They never had any issue with our cat and were fairly quick to fix anything maintenance wise.
The only downfalls were the SLOW SLOW SLOW snow removal process and the parkign problems!
