The parking is terrible
The grounds are usually littered with garbage
They stick you for every fee-water, sewer, expensive non refundable "admin" deposits, and be careful because I was quoted a much lower rent over the phone. When I got here, the rent was higher.

There were burn marks and stains on the carpet.

I can not wait until my lease is up and I can get out of here.
