I live at Northwoods and it's just fine.. Dont listen to the reviews written below.. They are all written from the same FAT ASS guy that lives a floor down from me... His name is Sam just incase you move in here and see a really tubby Fat Guy walking around...

Anyway, management is fine here. They are all good people. For those who complained about paying $$$ for break a lease, they dont sign a lease that clearly tells you that before you move in.

The only complaint i have is that people like Sam don't pick up after there dog. But you can't blame northwoods for that, it's not there fault he can't bend down and pick up ----...

My apartment is gorgeous... whenever i have a problem maintence is here within 5 minutes of my call...

Delusional. Maintenance may be there in 5 minutes, but will take 2 to 3 times to fix or write off the problem. I have rust in my washer due to the coating being worn through and they refuse to fix it. My clothes are constantly being caught in the dryer. I am waiting for my lease to expire, then I am out of this dump. I could write a book about the crap that goes on here. There is a reason people move out every weekend.
