Paying over 1000 a month, you would think you could get a decent parking spot near your building. Nope. I work late and I cannot get a spot near my unit. Ever. The management here is very helpful, when they want you to sign a lease. Then, they act like they don't know you. If your car is damaged here, they accept NO responsibility, even when they were at fault. I needed a place to live with the quickness and this was my only option at the time. I wish I had did my homework about this place before I moved in. I would have looked elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. There is a reason there are always moving vans here every weekend. I will not be signing a new lease. I would rather live in my car, then spend 1 more dollar here. Everything you read in the other reviews is TRUE. People, do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere.

Waaaaaaaaaah...... I work late... waaaaaahhhh.. next time our complex has a fire, i hope it's your building with you in the apartment

if this person wasn't so cheap, they wouldn't have a problem parking. rent a carport cheapskate!
