I've been reading these reviews and i felt it was necessary to respond back with the truth. Fact is, there are just some people that will never be satisfied with the lifestyle of apartment living. There will always be neighbors who you may or may not get along with... There will always be parking issues because there are so many people living there (however, at northwoods, there are ALWAYS spots, it's just that you may have to walk 100 yards or so if you get home late)... I can go on forever about apartment living lifestyles... but why should I' I knew what it was like to live in an apartment before i moved in, and you get exactly what you pay for. Northwoods IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! Northwoods staff has treated my finace and I like family. Our apartment was in amazing condition when we moved in, and if something ever goes wrong, they are there to help within hours. If you are interested in the truth about this place, don't read angry reviews from people who are just plain miserable in life.. come check out this place for yourself. Come meet the staff and go for a tour. Once again, if you are on this site, I am 100% CONFIDENT that at least 90% of the negative reviews are from a gentlman who recently was kicked out of the complex. He was your typical miserable human being who was only happy when he was complaining. My neighbors and I have never been happier since he was asked to leave.. This is the person who is writing these reviews. If there is any question as to weather or not this is a staff member writing this review, I live on Robin Court and my name is Chris! I will come up there myself and tell you how happy we are to live here. Was there a fire this year.. yes.. however, how can one hold the apartment complex responsible for one idiot's actions! accidents happen! What I can say, is that after the fire happened, Northwoods staff held a food drive and for those who didn't have insurance (which every apartment renter should have).. they were able to provide tons of food, dishes, knives, forks, furniture , etc.. for those who needed it. Management was there for the residents, and all the other residents came together to help those in time of need. Basically, if you are reading all the negative reviews, you are pretty much reading a bunch of messages from a guy named Sam who was kicked out of here for making eveyrones life a living hell.

To sum it up, the apartments are beautiful and the staff is excellent. For those who can't afford to buy a home, for those young couples starting off, and for small familys.. and everyone who loves PETS.. this is a great place to spend a couple of years of your life. And for Sam, who used to live here.. if you are ever reading this.. please, come visit your old friend Chris. I have a 9 iron with your face written all over it! We miss you buddy!

Chris is right on!! That guy sam was a total tool!! We all hated him! I thought it was a wonderful thing to see everyone come togather when that fire happened, which was caused by an irresponsible resident by the way. I love the staff, and I love Chris and his fiance' we miss you guys and congrats on the house. If you want to live in a great place that really cares about it's residents, Come check out Northwoods, ask questions, see the apartment, and you will be pleasently suprised at how many of these reviews are just plain made up! If you are one of those miserable wastes of life that is just taking up space, find something eles to complain about.
