This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff will do and say anything to get you to sign the lease.Once the deal is done they are rude and unprofessional.The place is a complete fire hazard just waiting to happen. When safty issues are brought to their attention they completly ignore it.I have had nothing but problems since I moved in, everything in the apartment is 20yrs old nothing has been updated since the place has been built.I hear nothing but dogs barking at all hours of the day.Look else where!

I've been living here for 1 and 1/2 years.. I have no problem what so ever here. Yes it's true, some people have dogs. If you don't want to hear them bark, you should probably buy a house. I have nothing but good things to say about Management. They are helpful and friendly. I have a bran new stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer.. and the whole place have been renovated (especially in 20 years).. If you don't like apartment lifestyles, don't live in one. Northwoods really is a great place to live.

I think it's fantastic that the complex allows dogs. I agree they should take actions to prevent fires, like closing the chimney's and not allowing BBQs but it's a risk you taking living in apartments. It's a decent place to live especially for people who are dog lovers. If you don't like dogs...move.

I'll agree with the rest of the responses. I lived in Northwoods for 4 years and have had no problems with barking dogs and I've made sure that I've had renters insurance as well as not using my fireplace or doing other things that could cause a fire. I'd stay for longer if I wasn't offered a better job out of state. If I knew someone looking for an apartment in the Middletown area, I would definitely recommend Northwoods.
