I moved to Northwoods about six months ago. I have been reading these reviews in shock. I don't know who used to manage this place, but the new company is amazing! The Madison group has done a great job sprucing up the place. To my suprise, they even added a tanning salon which is free for everyone who lives here! The office staff is always helpful and happy, and the maintaince team is amazing! They are quick to help and even helped me one morning when I had a flat tire! I love apartment living, due to the maintaince free living and perks at the club house. Regarding the parking, I can tell you that I love coming home to a full parking lot! It gives me a sense of security knowing that the complex is full and there are always people watching over the neighborhood. I would be terrified to come home to an empty parking lot in the dark. I pay a little extra for a carport and I always have a space to park. My car has never been broken into, nor have I had a problem with my neighbors. I love living here, and so long as Madison is the management company, I will never leave!!!
Don't believe the hype!!!!

Wow, you totally can't tell that the leasing staff wrote this review. Sheeesh. Love all the exclamation points. !!!
