This place is terrible. Don't get me wrong, the apartments are cute and although there isn't much new in the way of appliances or updates to the actual apartments, we really didn't have any issues with that.

Parking is hit or miss and my wife's car was broken into once along with many other cars. My car was towed by the shady towing company that monitors illegal parking in the lot. They opened my car door and took my parking sticker off the window and then towed my car. It was about as bogus as can be and cost me a pretty penny. When I mentioned it to management they did nothing about it and insisted they would never hire a company like that.

READ YOUR LEASE. Any fees they say they will charge you, they will find a way to charge you. BELIEVE the other comments about large sums of money to leave the complex, doesn't matter if you leave at the end of your lease or not, they will get you with THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN FEES.

DON'T TRUST THE STAFF!!!!!!!!!
We got screwed over many times because they mentioned things that were untrue and then denied everything (this includes denying actual conversations you had with them to your face!) GET IT IN WRITING if they promise you anything at all. READ YOUR LEASE AND NOTE ALL THE 'RELET' FEES. It's designed with you in mind, by you in mind I mean your money!

The apartments are so-so and expensive and the community is mediocre at best. They keep up the outside appearance for a reason! Please look for other apartments, let my experience be an example. I was always a perfect tenant and they still screwed me over BIG TIME.

Oh yeah, they have a tanning bed now... So you might want to look into that if you want Cancer along with high rent. BONUS!

it costs money to break your lease anywhere. and what exactly did the staff do to screw you over?

I agree this place was the worst place to live. My son and I lived there for 1 year, it was the worst experience I have ever had.
