The only problem I've had with the apartment I live in are the thin walls. I hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs and have had to repeatedly ask my neighbor to turn his music down by a certain time. They have parties quite frequently, so all the voices and footsteps flow down into my apartment so that I can't hear my own TV.
Aside from that I've had a wonderful experience here. For the square footage you get the price is unbeatable. The two bedroom apartments have a huge living room and balcony and are absolutely perfect for a young couple or small family.
Maintenance responds when you call or a few hours later. They've always been prompt with fixing the problem.
I don't have many packages delivered and haven't lived at the apartment through the winter so I don't know about those things. But I can say that for the price the apartments are a good deal. They're close to shopping and interstate roads and in a nice neighborhood. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
