I see a lot of bad reviews for this place, but I actually don't think living here was that bad. First, I live on the top floor, and that might be better, since I really don't hear anyone else's noise. The place is nicely laid out...the lofted studio is much better than the regular studios..and parking is always easy, I never have to search or park far away.

The only complaints I have are with price of the rental. 730 bucks is way to much for what amounts not much living space, not to mention that utilities are not included. Also, no dishwasher..that sucks....other than that, and the people who run the place, who are never around and are kind of bitchy..it is what you make of it, if it's so bad, move out! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
