Not bad place but CAREFUL about the lease term

Its basic appartment but nice to stay .
One bad part is the lease term .They do not have any "lease brake" clause and u would end up paying the rent till lease ends if its not re-rented.
They charge you $250 fees before u move in which other apartments wont ask for .
Kelly (leasing manager) can be very rude sometimes.BE AWARE OF HER

Duh...It's spelled lease BREAK and of course you have to pay for your entire term-did someone twist your arm into signing the agreement??
You just don't walk away from your legal responsibilities when they no longer suit you!
Do you take your car back to the dealer when you decide you don't want it anymore??
Idiots like you cause law abiding citizens to pay more!!

why are you so upset are the owner or do you work for them? I lived there and they dont do things all legal. I was 1 day late on my rent and got a Notice to Quit but I lived there 3 years and it was my first time being late. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. P.S. I had an ant infestation in the summer and mice in the winter.
