The management sucks and the crowd is not great.

The management randomly increases rents. The maintenance is pretty poor. The rear entrance is always open. You dont really need a key to get in.

An old lady was murdered within the apartment building. Cars have been broken into in the parking lot. The parking lot is dimly lit(management trying to save money on power).

They claim that the rent includes heating. The heating is very poor (management cost saving strategy -again) . SO be prepared to buy your own heater.

Management does not care about tenants as long as rent is paid. They try to make things as difficult as possible for you especially when you're leaving or if your lease comes up for renewal.

Floors are wooden. So if you have nocturnal people living above you, be prepared to wake up often during the night.

The rents are high enough to make you go elsewhere.

All in all, dont live here.
