Yes, the outside of the building looks pretty, but the hallways are dull, as are the apartments themselves. I haven?t used my key for the main door in the last two weeks cause the door is broken and hasn?t been fixed-- Not Very Safe!! The floors are made of wood which makes for A LOT of noise when you are trying to sleep or watch tv. You can hear the people above you having a normal conversation, that is how thin the floors/ceilings are. The other night I was kept up cause I could hear the person above me snoring! Also, it is located on route 66, which if you are planning to have your windows open for some fresh air-- don?t plan on being able to hear the tv or sleep. Motercyles and trucks frequent this road often. Also, the lease states that no more than two people can occupy a single bedroom apartment, not true. There has got to be at least 4 people living above me (If not, it sure does sound like it). All in all, if you are going to pay over $700 for a place to live...you might as well splurge a bit more and find somewhere nicer!
