Let's discuss the elevator that is so small you can't even fit a normal size sofa in it. I had to throw mine in the dumpster!
Plus it breaks every other week...I talked to other tenants who've gotten stuck in it for hours! The mgmt doesn't seem to care, they don't even post a sign that it isn't working, isn't that a safety violation'
Over the past winter all the outside lights were out in the back by the rear door and dumpsters. Everyone complained about the lack of lighting and they said that due to the weather conditions, they couldn't get anyone to change the lights! For four mouths!'! That is ridiculous. On top of that, people were afraid to walk their garbage out to the dumpster due to the ice and snow that was all over the lot, so some of them would leave it by the back door. Mgmt had the nerve to post a new rule that if they find you're garbage by the back door, they would fine you $35 bag! I guess they would prefer you slip and fall and sue them instead.
The back door is constantly left open, when I asked one of the maintenance men about it, he said it's because people are always propping the door open when they are moving.
Well geez, there are 100 apts in this building, imagine people moving in and out! If they had half a brain, they would install something that would assist people to properly keep the door open, duh!
The air conditioners do not work and mgmt does not care...they just keep looking at it and say well it's hot out, you can't expect it to cool down your apt below 75 degrees! The pool is a nice perk, although the locked fence around it is often not opened for hours after the posted time.
I wish apartment management would treat residents like customers with respect instead of just problems. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
