Apartment is good-sized for three; some structural blunders (i.e. unlevel floor in main bedroom doorway) and stairwells extremely noisy - can be heard from main bedroom.

Office staff is extremely accomodating and available when needed; maintenance is prompt and efficient.

Parking is ok - may require a short walk, especially with three cars and only one assigned spot per apartment.

In general, the place is good, but nothing spectacular...though I've also seen much worse.
