No grill policy... ridiculous

I have been living there for 3 years and I still like it. However in April/May this year they put up a no grill policy since one of Capreits apartment burned down due to a grill. (Remember that Capreit, who owns Town Place Apts, owns probably over 100 apartments complexes over the US). So due to one fire, with one grill, we are now not allowed to use our grills anymore -- RIDICOLOUS. We can't even grill if we move the grill 30 ft away from the house. Not even gas or electric grills! However, we are allowed to use our open fire places inside our house anyway we like. And we can probably grill on it too (if you're desperate enough). We are allowed to smoke cigarettes inside our apartment, we are allowed to use candles.... there are so many other fire hazards in the house that it makes a no grill policy:
R I D I C U L O U S.
I recommend it to someone that don't care about grilling, but for someone that likes grilling, go somewhere else!
