Pretty good so far

I've been living here for about 3 months so far, and for the most part I've been pretty impressed. My apartment was renovated right before I moved in and looks fantastic, it's not too noisy, and the office staff has been pretty good so far.
The residents here seem to be mostly young professionals, some with families. I see kids playing basketball in the parking lot and riding bikes, but never causing any trouble or anything. If the idea of being around kids repulses you, or if you're planning on having wild parties, this is probably not the place for you. Personally, it doesn't bother me at all. The kids are fine, and my neighbors have never hassled me for watching movies at a reasonable time of night.
The whole no-grill policy is a little annoying, but I've used my portable grill out in the grass by our parking lot and no one has bothered me for it. Also, they're supposedly installing community grills - I haven't checked on it in a while, so they might already be in. On the whole, it's a pretty minor annoyance, though.
The only thing that really annoys me is the parking situation... each apartment only gets one spot. Aside from that, the free parking can be VERY hard to find at times. If I'm not back by 10:00, I often have to park a ways from my building. This is probably variable based on which building you're in, though.
Anyway, my impression so far has been overwhelmingly positive. I'll update this if anything changes in the future.
