Cons: For the price you can get a nicer much larger place down the street. Management is horrible to deal with. Heating bill is ridiculously high and would not get warmer than 70f on a good day during the winter. It is taking 1 month plus to get our heating fixed. Isn't it a heating emergency to have it cooler than 70f during the winter'' Our toilet broke 3 times within a month. We moved in and there was slime growing in the fridge and I won't even go into what I found under the fridge. It was the most disgusting thing ever. I even met people who have mice issues next door. I have also heard that a 3bdrm can run you about $500 for a heating bill never mind the 1 bdrm that I am in that is up to $300. Children are also obnoxiously loud and the parents let their 4 year old children run around the parking lot and play ball in the middle of the road and parking lot un-supervised. You can also hear your neighbors through the wall unfortunately.

update: other problems are now arrising. Neighbors with older children are harassing etc... found caulking glue in our door lock. The office is trying to help but are unable to do much for corporate reasoning.



Pros: It is very dog friendly here. Most of our neighbors are friendly. The post man is always here on time. He along with management will always pull over to give your dog a treat. Some of our neighbors are extremely nice and it is fun to walk your dog and meet other friendly dog owners as well.

Advice: Living in the front of the complex is your best bet if you move in. Be careful if you like quiet since children are out 24/7 unsupervised.

I lived at another place that was cheaper, and I had to pay electric, gas, AND water, and here you only pay electric. It's high everywhere! Also, i think the management is nice, it sounds like you have problems with maintenance.
