i would recommend this place to anyone. yeah there are often kids biking and playing in the parking lots but it's not a reason not to live here. it's really quiet, at least in our building, they've got a good mail system and it's right near route 91 and route 9. we did get the renovated apartment so maybe we avoided some of the appliance issues, but overall i feel lucky to live here. we feel really safe and our commutes are easy. everyone compliments our apartment. The exercise room is amazing and can handle a bunch of people without anyone waiting for a machine. i think the price is worth it. I'm happy.
