The apartments are nice if you're easy going. They are a little on the expensive side for what you get, however. Our apartment has an occasional roach. I haven't tried the pool, as it's far too small for more than one family. Parking is not good if you have more than one car. You can hear people walking upstairs (or jumping constantly in my case). I'm not sure if I'll renew my lease when it comes due or look elsewhere.
