I rented there for a year and everything was ok until we realized that our apt backed up to section 8 housing. If you are going to move there request to rent an apt near the bottom of the hill or near the rental office. The section 8 housing next to us was nothing but problems. One time there was brawl in front of our apt that ended up with a car window being smashed. Kids from the bad neighborhood come over and break into the cars (dont leave anything in your car). They also like to stand in the middle of the street during the summer or weekend nights and cause cars to swerve thus trying to get people to pick a fight with them.

In the state of CT it is illegal to have a propane or gas grill on your deck... but if you live on the ground floor that is not a problem. So when the neighbor below decided to burn some steaks my entire apt would smell like burnt food.

Hallways are very narrow and rarely cleaned.
It is hard to move in or out big furniture.

Parking is ok... unless you get home late.

Mgt is ok... seem to be nice some times but if you come in with an attitude forget it.

Mgt company rented an apt to this woman but she did not tell them that she would have two other families living in that apt. For 1 month every night these people would be blaring there music all night long, or when they where tired of listening to music the kids would go into the parking lot in the middle of the night and play...very loudly.
Finally after many complaints from the tenants they got them to shut up and act like humans.

Place is very hard to keep cool or warm.

Inside of the apt is very nice but the price is too high.
