I have lived here only six months now and I guarantee I'm not living here after the lease is up. The parking is a joke. There is only one spot per apartment and each apartment has more than one person with more than one car. All spots are filled by 5pm. I live on the first floor and all I can hear constantly the children running a marathon upstairs. The first week we moved in the knobs started falling off the kitchen cabinets because they are so cheap, our blinds were breaking and our windows were very hard to open and shut. And, once you decide to lease, the added prices start to roll in. An additional fee for a washer and dryer and additional fee for cat that only makes the high rent skyrocket. In addition, if you don't already own a stackable washer and dryer, you have no choice but to rent or buy ($900 at least) because the apartment has a specifically designed room for a stackable. Overall, this was the worst apartment ever. For the outrageous price, the level of quality should be stepped up a notch. I'd rather live in a box. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I've been here since last year, and I haven't had a problem with parking since that time; I've gotten home well after 9pm at times, and there's at least 4-5 open visitor spaces nearby my building. I also live on the first floor, and while I can hear the people above me, it's not at an outrageous hour and I've never woken up to them making noise.
I can understand the reason why they're using plastic cabinet handles - with over a dozen per apartment, that can get very expensive very quickly. I've not had a problem with any of them breaking, though. Blinds and windows are fine, as well; anything that has broken, i.e. the dishwasher, was replaced within a week.
I don't know where you got the idea of being charged an additional fee for the washer/dryer, but that's completely bogus.
Anyone who is looking around this area should be aware that *ALL* of the complexes that allow pets also charge for them, so Windshire Terrace is no exception to that.
So, that being said, enjoy your box!!
