I have lived at Windshire Terrace for over two years, and while the price range is a bit expensive, it is comparable to other rents in the area. Actually, when first looking at places in Middletown and suurounding areas, Windshire Terrace was the best deal with consideration to location, size, amenities, etc. The management is helpful and maintenance is friendly and personable, fixing problems in a timely manner. The grounds are immaculate, and snow and ice removal is immediate. In the past year, they have allowed residents to keep dogs, but there is not an issue with noise or owners not cleaning up after their pets. I would highly recommend Windshire Terrace!
