I lived at Winshire Terrace for a year. I really loved the unit and the area. It was quiet and safe. BUT the management was a force to reckon with and the parking was a nightmare. All the units at the complex have 2 or more bedrooms which can be said that 2 or more people will live in the unit. But each unit is assigned ONE parking spot. So after 5PM, good luck finding a space. We had a problem with visitors parking in our ONE measly spot and the management does nothing about it. So, I cannot understand why there is assinged parking when it is not really enforced to begin with.

We had an issue with our neighbor blasting his music all hours of the night. Bass pulsating through our walls at 2AM. We mentioned it to the management (Monica) and at first, she acted like she did not know what we were talking about. She snapily said, "what neighbors'" Ummm....yeah, she is the leasing agent and has no clue the layout of the complex. She knew, she acted she did not know. Nothing was done about it. So, finally, I spoke to the young lady that works on Saturdays (very nice by the way) and she was attentive and took care of the matter. Never heard a sound after that point.

I really enjoyed living there but some of the tennats were really shadey and did not give a damn about things. For example, there was one tennant that drove a black Mercedes and kept leaving her TRASH outside her vehicle. Dunkin' Donuts coffee cups, papers, fast food drink cups and I knew it was her because where ever she parked, there was trash. Poor Bud, the maintence man. Many of the tennets behaved in that manner in our unit.

But other than that, the place was clean, quiet, and Bud and Diane were very pleasant and helpful (maintence was done right away if there was an issue). I wish the parking was better and the leasing agent would drop that attitude.
