Only living here since April 06, we have been nothing but pleased. We came in right after the new management company took over and we have no issues like others have posted here on this website. The apartment was like brand new when we moved in. The grounds always look great and Bud does a wonderful job no matter what the task! The office staff is very nice and quick to handle any issues that come their way. They are in the process of moving the office and the waste/recycle center, and in the fall they are going to expand the pool and fitness area. We have really nice neighbors and enjoy living here! The only drawback is the parking, and the visitors spots are sometimes difficult to find after 5pm. Otherwise, we love calling this place home.
