We made the mistake of living at Middletown Ridge last year. This year we signed with Windshire Terrace and love it. The neighbors are friendly and so is maintenance and the office staff. Cable and water is included with rent which is a deffinate plus. Buy curtians...better to be safe. The complex has burgler lights and alarms on all there apartments and building which makes for a bright night time experience invest in curtains so you can sleep the night. You can tell the apartments were built quickly (our outlets are upside down)but the apartment is great for the cost and the grounds are beautiful. Parking has yet to be a problem. We have plenty of room to give our small dog some excercise. The apartments are a little small but they have enough space in the closets to hide those objects that you just don't know what to do with.

Tons of wall space, very lighted, large kitchen and decks. All around we are very happy with this apartment.
