Windshire terrace was one of the many places that we looked at in condo hell and decided on. We felt for the money, it was the most apartment. Everything has been ok, we live on the second floor and the climate control in the apartment has been terrible. This summer has been pretty hot in the apartment and the a/c unless you are running it full blast is worthless...thus our electric bill is pretty expensive. The staff is ok, they are a little slow on reponse and your not 100% sure if they know what they are doing but nothing real bad has happened yet. We are a little disturbed that we don't get notices about changes in the lease. We moved in knowing we could have animals and half way into the lease they changed that rule to only dogs with out written notice. Pretty embarrasing when you have someone calling to verify that you are not lying that you can have dogs in your appartment. Also, they say you can get a full size W/D in the aparment..and you can but you just better not gain any weight or you won't be able to fit in the room to do your laundry. Anyway, past all of this it is quite, clean, modern, and actually a pretty apartment! I would suggest it to someone that is pretty easy going and doesn't expect things to be perfect, what in life is!
