I have lived here for just under 3 years and it has been great. The landlord has always been very friendly and helpful. Noise-wise I'd be hard pressed to tell you anyone else lives here. Tenants are all friendly, mostly singles and couples, not many kids. I live in what used to be the library (WW is a converted school). It's one of the more expensive apartments but was redone only a year or two before I moved in. 10' ceilings, big windows, great woodwork, top shelf stainless steel appliances. In short a beautiful place. If you're looking in the area, look here.
