Don't get me wrong, the apartments are cute and although there isn't much new in the way of appliances or updates to the actual apartments, we really didn't have any issues with that. My balls hurt When I moved out of Northwoods, they hit you with so many fees.... Never had an apartment inspection, therefore, they can say anything was broken without you being there to see it... They grabbed me by the balls, and they keep kicking them 6 months later. Watch out
