I didn't mind staying here and its great if you don't mind hearing your neighbor sneezing its fine. The apartments themselves are gorgous but the insulation for the place was horrendous making the heating bill through the roof. Parking isn't so bad I never had a problem.
Maintenance was never an issue if something needed to be fixed it was usually scheduled for the next day.
The grounds were nice minus those who didn't pick up after their pets. Everything was well lit and they were always doing landscaping.
I also thought the office staff was very helpful Katie and Priscilla were always friendly and helpful (even if you did something wrong!). Never had a problem there just MAINLY thought the rent was far too high. I wasn't going to pay over 1300 dollars for a one bedroom and live next to I95!!!

I agree, I moved here late 2008. So far so good. They did ask me for more money for the deposit, so now i'm waiting to see what happens when my lease is up.
