Currently living here, moved in Aug '05 and moving Aug '06 to be closer to work. Maintenance was quick to do repairs when needed and curtious. Heating cost on averaged $60/month and cooling averaged $30/month. Rental staff helpful and curtious. Tipical apartment living noise such as music base and loud talking can be heard. Connecticut Stone and Gravel is next door so it seems to get a bit more dusty than other places I've lived. Car port is extra, I would stay here if my work would only relocate to Milford :) Loved the area, sorry to have to go.
